Whew! When I met with Annalise to discuss her wedding vision and learn how she and Kevin’s love story began I knew this was more than love, this was a faith and friendship that sealed in their love story. The pair met right before COVID and despite all that was happening what was brewing between the two couldn’t be stopped. After quarantining together they knew this was it. Since saying yes the couple has been together and inseparable despite distance and time, they endure and grow. What a beautiful thing I feel I get to witness. Faith conquering all, and love surviving one of the darkest pandemics we’ve witnessed in our time period.

When we started prepping all the details and getting things together for their engagement session I was soooo worried. Out of nowhere the Bay Area experienced this random storm that seemed to cast an ugly dark grey sky across their shoot location. However, nothing deterred them and they kept such an amazing positive outlook and braved the day despite. Just like their love story, as we approached the location the sky seemed to clear up just for them and the sun peered its way across a clean clear blue sky. My girl Wendi of Sweetness of Light must have felt the faith in this couple as well as she picked the most beautiful yellow bouquet to add the perfect pop!
