Robert & Raquel | Goodbye Brooklyn Session

As I was traveling back home from 3 months of serving in Dominica, I stopped down in New York to visit my sister and her husband in Brooklyn. At the time they were living in Brooklyn Heights at the Branch as it was in the middle of relocating. During such a bittersweet transition for many of the Bethelite Family I thought it be a sweet gesture to offer them some complimentary sessions under the historic spots many had called home for years. One of those sweet couples was R & R, who would be continuing their service in another branch. The two were also going to be celebrating a anniversary so the session came at such a tender/pivotal point in their lives.

I was able to meet so many friends who I would call family in years to come. However, these two felt like I was catching up with cousins! I really fell in love with their love story and just how much they genuinely enjoyed each others company. Also, I could not get enough of how much Robert looked at Raquel with such love and happiness in his eyes! A beautiful backdrop and a beautiful couple. A photographer really can’t ask for more. However, doing this for my fellow witnesses and spiritual family was a HUGE HUGE bonus.
