Forever or Bus | Baker Beach Engagement

I love it when my couples come from two different states and tell their love story through each of their own experiences and upbringing. I really feel like I get to peer into their lives and recreate the beginning of an awesome love story. This was the case with E + M. The two met in college all because he chose to sit next to her on a bus ride! And as the bus drove the sparks flared, and now here we are capturing there engagement excitement. N was pretty clear she had to have the Bay Area as part of her portraits since this was once her home. No better place then to capture the Bay Area spirit than under the Golden Gate Bridge on golden sand. 

Usually I am a little hesitant to shoot in direct sunlight, however; this day the light was stunning and creamy which gave us that perfect love story look. I love chasing sun as you have heard me say time and time again. I believe the sun represents happiness, love, and a bright future. Having these two young love birds flock under it’s salty sunset was nothing less then beautiful. More than anything I was so enthused when they came prepared to jump in the water for a few fun shots. California is know for many beaches, but one thing they are not is warm! Still they create the perfect back drop and silhouette. Check out the splash of photos below.
