Recently we have been more open about our ability to not only take stellar images, but also help are clients come up with unique concepts for the sessions. We even can go so far by as helping them access the vendors and teams needed to create something so stunning that even we have to catch our breaths. This was the case when are returning mama Andrea came to me and said she wanted to do something similar to her first maternity shoot, but with a secret garden feel. Thankfully after helping her execute two other shoots for her other children along with multiple family shoots; she was more than willing to hand over creative control.

I was inspired by the secret garden concept, but had to improv as she and her husband requested something in studio due to COVID at the time. During this period I was also binge watching that show Bridgeton (don’t judge), which help me come up with this French aspect and infusion to transform a friends upstairs studio space into this French day room feel. Mama’s dress was rented from the lovely Salt Gowns! Take a look at how stunning these images turned out with full creative direction, set design, and photography all executed by Kind Hearted Images.
